At Vanilla Rose Maternity, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.
Delivery Timing

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders from Vanilla Rose Maternity’s collection with at least SGD$100 of products including taxes. For orders with less than SGD$100 of products including taxes, a flat SGD$7 shipping fee will be applied to the order.
Free shipping may be enjoyed in conjunction with a voucher code or automatic discount.
For voucher codes and automatic discounts, the qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased after the voucher code or discount is applied
Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and cancellations.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.

Do You Offer Self-Collection Services?
At this point in time we do not have such service available.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do. Please contact our admin team at admin@vanillarosematernity.com for relevant rates to the country of destination.
Are There Any Areas That Vanilla Rose Maternity Does Not Deliver To?
Due to restrictions and limitations placed by certain institutions and organizations, we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas:
- Jurong Island
- Tuas Link
- Changi Cargo
- Country Clubs
- Army Camps
- Seletar Aerospace
- Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
- Turf Club Avenue
- Resorts World at Sentosa
- Singapore Prison Quarters
- Airbase sites
- SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
- ST Kinetics
- Shipyards
- Powergrid
- Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport
- Hospitals

Should you work at the above locations, we strongly encourage you to set your shipping address to a location where our drivers can deliver to, such as your home address.
Will I Have To Sign For My Package?
Yes. There will be a proof of delivery document for you, or the authorized/intended recipient to sign upon the delivery of the parcel.
What If I Am Not Home When My Package Arrives?
You will receive either a notice slip indicating that you can collect it at the nearest post office or a call/email for re-delivery arrangements. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time.
What Is The Delivery Time?
We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our order; therefore it would usually take place between 9am-8pm seven days a week.
How Do I Change My Address Or Cancel My Order?
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll try to modify your order. If more than two hours have passed, chances are your item(s) have already packed and shipped. In either case, please contact us for further assistance as soon as possible at admin@vanillarosematernity.com
My Items Have Yet To Arrive. What Should I Do?
Normally, you should receive your item within 1-3 or 7-14 working days depending if we have the item at our warehouse. In the event like this, send us an email at admin@vanillarosematernity.com with the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.
Do You Ship To Po Boxes Or Military Addresses?
Our delivery partners do not ship to PO Boxes. For military addresses, we can only deliver to the guard post as our couriers will not be able to enter the premises. To ensure that your order gets to you soonest possible, we would encourage you to have your order shipped to a residential or office address, where you or an authorized person can receive it.
