WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to the warehouse for a full refund. Returns must be done within 14 days of receipt, un-used with tags still on, in the original brand packaging. Sale items can’t be refunded or exchanged.
All items will be inspected upon return, so make sure it's packed up properly so that it won't get damaged on the way! You can re-use the mailer bag in which you received the parcel or any other box or wrapper that ensures the returned items are properly secured during the shipping process.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. Please contact our Team at admin@vanillarosematernity.com and our team member will arrange the collection of the item from you.
We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
DO YOU COVER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RETURNS?
Regrettably, we do not cover the price for international shipping returns. This will be at your cost.
I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, BUT I DON'T HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WHAT NOW?
If you don’t have the original packaging you can still return the item but please wrap it, so that the original brand packaging and the returned items do not get damaged.
REFUNDS
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Your returned items, together with your return slip, are usually received and accepted at our warehouse 3-5 working days
A refund would be issued shortly after we receive your items, according to the preferred refund method indicated on your return slip.
- Bank Transfer: up to 3 working days
- Paypal: up to 5 working days
- Credit Card: up to 14 working days, subjected to processing duration of the bank
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
If you paid using Credit Card or Paypal, the refund will be made to your Credit Card or Paypal account.
For bank transfer refund option, please provide the following details on the email to admin@vanillarosematernity.com:

- Account no:
- Bank code (applicable for overseas accounts):
- Branch code (applicable for overseas accounts):
Please ensure that all your refund options and details are indicated clearly and correctly on the returns slip. You will receive a notification email once the refund is complete.
However, if you would like to receive your refund via the original payment mode, please contact our Customer Experience team at admin@vanillarosematernity.com with your request and we will see to it as soon as possible.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Should you like to cancel your order before it is ready to be shipped (usually 2 hours after your order has been completed), you will be refunded fully via your payment mode of either Credit Card or Paypal account
